I think you’re onto a winner here G!
As a result of their smaller scale length, the same set of strings will feel lighter on a Les Paul than on a Strat or Tele. So if your playability doesn’t suffer by increasing the gauge on the Les Paul, then you will definitely get a bit more sustain and resonance by increasing the gauge.
On your other guitars you could then drop the gauge or keep it at 9-46s and in that way you would have a consistent feel across the different guitars. Either that or you could also increase the gauge and and then drop the guitar down into Eb. E flat tuning sounds amazing in a blues context and that would also give you some cool different options in your setup 😁
