Honestly Aidan, that’s perfect.

Regarding the first point (although you may cover this in the third), it would also be great to know if these licks and phrases are moveable or whether they are chord specific.

Also, I was thinking, and I don’t know how you would achieve this, but could you build a ‘lick library’ both for licks from songs that you’re breaking down that are available to everyone, but also personal lick libraries that could be shared.

I use a tab notebook so when I’m messing about and come across something that sounds cool I can record it and write it down, but it would be great to be able to share these ideas with others and see what people have come up with.

It could very simply be done in notepad and copied and pasted.
